Initiatives to Improve Engagement

    Engagement survey results are shared with management and executive officers to promote improvements in the workplace environment.
  2. 2.Conduct Discussion Meetings by Generation:
    Organize discussion meetings for generations showing significant trends in scores. This will lead to revisions of existing systems and new initiatives based on opinions raised.
  3. 3.Hold Training for Generations Facing Many Challenges as Professionals (AS ONE Career Design Program):
    Provide time for employees to consider methods for self-realization and future career development.
  4. 4.Conduct Training to Promote Mindset Change among Management:
